This place suits me perfectly! The luggage storage, 24-hour reception, and free airport shuttle are great. I recall how the staff helped me with an insect bite during my first stay. Pam was excellent at the front desk too! I'll be back for Christmas.

We had a decent time here, but there were some hiccups. First room we got had gross dark spots on the floor and tub. Leah at the front desk was super nice and helped us find a third room that was actually better, but still could’ve been cleaner. The location is spot on for O'Hare, which was a plus!

Checked in and got an upgrade to the club level which was a nice surprise. The room was large and clean with a comfy sitting area to relax in after a long day.
